Minio anti-corrosion substrate

SURFACE PREPARATION
To ensure better adhesion, the surface must be dry, clean and free from dust, grease, other residues, loose old paint, and
etc. In case of old rust, rub the surface with the appropriate sandpaper. Use a wet method and avoid creating dust.
Degrease the surface using KRAFT PINELO SANDER.
On new metal surfaces: before applying the top coat, apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT MINIO and lightly remove after at least
16 hours. On painted metal surfaces: Remove all residues of loose paint and apply 1 – 2 coats of KRAFT MINIO. After 16 h uncharted
lightly wet paint the surface and apply 2 coats of the appropriate KRAFT final varnish.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
If necessary, before starting painting, dilute the paint by adding up to 5% by volume of KRAFT PINE SOLVENT. Suitable painting tools are: Brush, roller or airless gun. Apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT MINIO for an ideal result. Then apply 2 coats of the KRAFT finish paint. Apply only in an open or well-ventilated area. Minimum repainting time 16 hours.
Surface drying in 1 – 2 hours at 25°C and relative humidity 50%. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C and above 65% relative humidity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION
Clean the tools immediately after use with KRAFT PENELO TANK CLEANER and then with warm water and soap. Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sun or frost.
