High quality lacquer paint for metals

High quality solution varnish for metals. It ensures excellent coverage and gloss and is ideal for painting any metal surface for interior and exterior use such as railings, garage doors, etc. It offers anticorrosive protection after prior painting with the appropriate primer. It stands out because it spreads beautifully, is worked softly, offering a glossy, smooth and durable surface with a flawless finish. It dries quickly and evenly, forming a hard and elastic surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, firm and clean of dust, other debris and loose old paint. In case of old rust, rub the surface with the appropriate sandpaper. Wet sanding is recommended for surface preparation.
“On new metal surfaces: Before applying the paint, apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER or KRAFT MINIO.
“On already painted metal surfaces: Remove all residues of old paint and directly apply 2 coats of finish paint.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
“ Avoid application in case of imminent rain in the next 5 days.
“ Before you start painting, dilute up to 5% w/w with KRAFT PENELO SOLVENT or KRAFT NITRO 1100 for gun application and mix well.
“ Painting tools : Brush, roller or air gun.
“ Apply 2 coats of KRAFT HARD & GLOSS for a perfect result.
“ Apply only in an open or well-ventilated area.
“ Minimum repainting time: 16 hours.
“ Surface drying: 2-3 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions.
“ To reduce drying time and increase hardness, add up to 8% w/w KRAFT HARD METAL EXTRA hardener instead of solvent. The mixture should be applied within 8 hours.
“ Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C and above 65% relative humidity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION
“ Clean the tools immediately after use with KRAFT PENELO PENELO CLEANER and then with warm water and soap.
“ Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sunlight or frost.
“ Use of the painted surface is recommended after 48h and complete drying of the material.
“ The surfaces are washable after a minimum of 30 days after painting.
