Description

High quality alkyd solution varnish for metals. It is applied directly to rusty metal surfaces, without the need for an anticorrosive metal primer. The advanced formulation ensures strong protection against rust on any new or old metal surface such as railing, garage door, preventing its reappearance. It creates surfaces with hardness and resistance to severe weather conditions and atmospheric pollution. Dries quickly and evenly. It stands out because it spreads beautifully, is easy to work with, offering a glossy, smooth and durable surface with a flawless finish.

SURFACE PREPARATION APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
“ Avoid application in case of imminent rain in the next 5 days.
“ Apply only in an open or well-ventilated area.
“ Before starting painting, dilute up to 5 % w/w with KRAFT PINE SOLVENT or RAFT NITRO 1100 for air gun application and mix well. For a quicker application
drying and higher hardness, add HARD METAL EXTRA hardener up to 8% wt.
“ Suitable painting tools are: Brush, roller or air gun.
“ For uniformity in shade and final finish, it is recommended to use containers from the same production batch. In the case of different batches it is recommended
mixing them in a large container.
“ Apply 2-3 coats of KRAFT METAL 3in1 CLASSIC for a perfect result with a final dry film thickness of more than 90μm.
“ Minimum repainting time 24 hours.
“ Surface drying in 2-3 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions.
“ Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C and above 65% relative humidity.
“ Pay special attention to fully covering difficult areas such as recesses to avoid possible moisture penetration.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION
“ Clean the tools immediately after use with KRAFT PENELO PENELO CLEANER and then with warm water and soap.
“ The surfaces are washable after a minimum of 30 days after painting. Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sun or frost.
“ Use of the painted surface is recommended after 48 hours and the complete drying of the material.
“ The surfaces are washable after a minimum of 30 days after painting.
