Hard Duko metalized High-strength douching paint for metals

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry and clean of dust and other debris and cleaned with Kraft Brush Thinner. Remove all loose or peeling paint. Painted surfaces should be sanded with the appropriate sandpaper to obtain a dull finish. Wet scrubbing is recommended wherever possible to avoid dust generation and exposure to it.

“On new metal surfaces: Before applying paint, for rust protection, apply 1-2 coats of Kraft Rust Blocker or Kraft Minio and optionally 1 coat of Kraft Metal Primer.

“On galvanized or aluminium surfaces: first apply 1-2 coats of Kraft MultiPrimer multi-surface primer and allow to dry for 24 hours

“On already painted metal surfaces: Check the stability of the paint. Remove all residues of old paint and directly apply 2 coats of Kraft Hard Duko Metallized.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
“ Avoid application in case of imminent rain in the next 5 days.
“ Before starting painting, dilute up to 5% w/w with Kraft Brush Thinner or Kraft Nitro 1100 for gun application and mix well.
“ Painting tools: Brush, roller or air gun.
“ Apply 2 coats of Kraft Hard Duko Metallized for a perfect result.
” Apply only in an open and well-ventilated area.
” Minimum repainting time: 16 hours
“Surface drying: 2-3 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity.
“For reduced drying time and increased hardness, add up to 8% w/w of Kraft Hard Metal Extra hardener. The mixture should be applied within 8 – 12 hours.
“Avoid application at temperatures lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C and relative humidity higher than 65%.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION
“Clean tools immediately after use with Kraft Brush Thinner followed by warm water and soap.
“Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sunlight or frost.
“Use of the painted surface is recommended after 48 hours and the complete drying of the material.
“It is recommended to wash surfaces painted with Kraft Hard Duko Metallized after at least 30 days after painting
