High-strength douches for metals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Acrylic-modified alkyd dye for excellent resistance to solar radiation and high hardness. It retains its shade and gloss in adverse weather conditions for many years. Ideal for exterior metal surfaces such as garage doors, railings, machinery, ironwork, tools, industrial equipment. It offers anticorrosive protection after prior painting with the appropriate primer. It dries quickly and evenly, forming a hard and elastic surface. It stands out because it spreads wonderfully, is worked softly, offering a smooth and durable surface with a flawless finish.<\/p>\n

SURFACE PREPARATION
\n<\/strong>The surface must be dry and clean of dust and other debris and cleaned with Kraft Brush Thinner<\/strong>. Remove all loose or peeling paint. Painted surfaces should be sanded with the appropriate sandpaper to obtain a dull finish. Wet sanding is recommended wherever possible to avoid dust build-up and exposure to it.<\/p>\n

“On new metal surfaces:<\/strong> Before applying paint, for rust protection, apply 1-2 coats of Kraft Rust Blocker<\/strong> or Kraft Minio<\/strong> and optionally 1 coat of Kraft Metal Primer<\/strong>.
\n“On galvanized or aluminium surfaces:<\/strong> first apply 1-2 coats of Kraft<\/strong> Multi Primer and allow to dry for 24 hours.
\n“On already painted metal surfaces:<\/strong> Check the stability of the paint. Remove all residues of old paint and directly apply 2 coats of Kraft Hard Duko Classic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
\n“<\/strong> Avoid application in case of imminent rain in the next 5 days.
\n“<\/strong> Before starting painting, dilute up to 5% w\/w with Kraft Brush Thinner<\/strong> or Kraft Nitro 1100<\/strong> for gun application and mix well.
\n“<\/strong> Painting tools<\/strong>: Brush, roller or air gun.
\n“<\/strong> Apply 2 coats of Kraft Hard Duko Classic<\/strong> for an ideal result.
\n“<\/strong> Apply only in an open and well-ventilated area.
\n“<\/strong> Minimum repainting time:<\/strong> 16 hours.
\n“<\/strong> Surface drying:<\/strong> 2-3 hours at 25\u00b0C and 50% relative humidity.
\n“<\/strong> For reduced drying time and increased hardness, add up to 8% w\/w of Kraft Hard Metal Extra<\/strong> hardener. The mixture should be applied within 8-12 hours.
\n“<\/strong> Avoid application at temperatures lower than 5\u00b0C or higher than 35\u00b0C and relative humidity higher than 65%.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION<\/strong>
\n“<\/strong> Clean tools immediately after use with Kraft Brush Thinner<\/strong>, followed by warm water and soap.
\n“<\/strong> Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sunlight or frost.
\n“<\/strong> Use of the painted surface is recommended after 48 hours and the complete drying of the material.
