Ecological acrylic repellent Wood Aqua

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, firm and clean of dust, other debris and loose old paint. Wet sanding is recommended for surface preparation.
“On new surfaces: before applying the paint, apply 1 coat of KRAFT WOOD CARE to protect against fungi and rot, then apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT VELATOURA AQUA and lightly sand with a damp sanding after 16h.
“On surfaces that need repair: use KRAFT Spachtel.
“On already painted surfaces: check the condition of the surface. If it is satisfactory, apply the paint directly.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
“Before you start painting, dilute 8-15% by volume with tap water and stir well.
“Suitable painting tools are: Brush, roller or airless gun.
“The product must be coloured exclusively with the KRAFT INSPIRED COLOR colouring system on the recommended colouring base.
“For uniformity in shade and final finish, it is recommended to use containers from the same production batch. In case of different batches it is recommended to mix them in one large container.
“Apply 2 coats of KRAFT WOOD AQUA for an ideal result.
“Minimum repainting time 8-12 hours.
“Surface drying in 1-2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions.
“If a dark shade of low opacity or a shade with the appropriate indication from the KRAFT INSPIRED COLLECTION fan is selected, it is recommended to apply KRAFT VELATOURA AQUA coloured in a light shade of the same colour family.
” Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C and above 65% relative humidity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST-APPLICATION
“Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store the product before and after use in a cool place away from exposure to sunlight or frost.
“Clean tools immediately after use with warm water and soap.
“Recover leftover paint to reuse it.
“The reuse of paints can really minimise the environmental life-cycle impact of products.
“You can wash the surfaces gently with a soft sponge and water and in case of stubborn stains with a little detergent, after at least 15 days after painting. Darker shades are less resistant to frequent washing.
