HIGH QUALITY SATIN PLASTIC COLOR

High specification waterborne plastic paint for interior use. Apply to new or painted but properly painted surfaces
prepared surfaces, such as walls, plasterboard, plaster, cement, etc., ensuring a velvety “satin” finish. It is resistant to frequent washing with mild detergents, non-alcoholic cleaners and disinfectants, making it ideal for unobtrusive areas such as operating theatres, hospitals, doctors’ surgeries, etc. When applied in areas with humidity such as food industries etc., thanks to the special fungicidal additives it contains, it resists the growth of mould on its membrane.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Thesurface must be dry, clean and free from dust, other residues and loose old paint. Wet scrubbing is recommended for surface preparation to avoid dust generation and exposure to dust.
On new surfaces:: before applying the paint, apply a coat of water-based primer such as KRAFT ECO DUR AQUA or KRAFT DUR AQUA WHITE or KRAFT HAFT.
On surfaces that need repair: use KRAFT SPATCHEL or KRAFT PUTTY or the appropriate KRAFT repair material.
On surfaces with stain and/or mould problems:First clean the surface with KRAFT MOLD BLOCKER and use KRAFT ECO STAIN BLOCKER AQUA as a substrate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION
“ Before you start painting, dilute 8-12% w/w with tap water and stir well.
“ Suitable painting tools are: Brush, roller or airless gun.
“ The product must be coloured exclusively with the KRAFT INSPIRED COLOR colouring system on the recommended colouring base.
“ KRAFT ASEPSIS is coloured with the basic colours of KRAFT MASTER BASICS for unlimited light shades.
“ Apply 2 coats of KRAFT ASEPSIS for an ideal result.
“ Minimum repainting time 4 – 6 hours.
” Surface drying in 1-2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. The drying time is affected by the weather conditions.
“ It is not recommended to apply the paint topically after the surface has been painted. There may be a difference in gloss or shade due to absorbency or application method. If necessary, the total painting of the surface is recommended.
“ Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C and above 35°C and above 65% relative humidity.

AFTER-USE INSTRUCTIONS
“ Clean tools immediately after use with warm water and soap.
“ Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for
future use and store it before and after use in a safe place.

“ You can wash the surfaces gently with a soft sponge and water and in case of stubborn stains with a little detergent, after at least 15 days after painting.
